This gin is a bit of a mash-up of Greensand Ridge Distillery’s London Dry Gin and their Raspberry Ghost. The gin has a selection of locally-sourced ingredients, such as cobnut (squirrels are nuts for them), rosehip, honey, and hawthorne berries.
