Fermented with natural yeasts, it is ripe, savoury, buttery, rich and mouthfilling with notes of pineapple, honey, toast and ginger and a bold, creamy texture. A world away from the light, acidic champagnes that represent the big brands, this is more like traditional Meursault, with bubbles!

Champagne composed of only Meunier grapes from vineyards planted in 1966 with the mass selection technique of the homonymous plot of Saint-Martin-d'Ablois, in the Vallée de la Marne. This Blanc de Noirs is vinified in 600 barrels, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts as well as malolactic fermentation, aging on the yeasts for at least 20 months. No clarification and filtration, Extra Brut dosage.
