This slips down easily. Ripe/sweet redcurrant and plum flavours, pure and free, run evenly and openly through an uncomplicated palate. Talk about smooth. Black fruit aromas with similar characters on the palate, which is luscious with nice spicy fruit flavours with hints of plum, nutmeg and gentle tannins with a generous finish. The Majella Sparkling shiraz has become a bit of an icon for the passionate spparkling shiraz drinker. Big broody christmas cake fruit, with a large chocolate edge. Bloody delicious!
