Because of the rapid sell-out of the first dinner, we will be throwing down the challengers to Ornellaia for a second night ...

We will serve them blind, casually vote for our favourites then unmask them. There are no winners of losers to this throw-down, but I have a few working theories about which is going to look the best.

Everything will be decanted and served in the best possible conditions to show how they look now and grab a glimpse into their future trajectories.
