The grapes for this Barbera d'Alba are harvested on southwest-facing slopes, where the soil consists mainly of small stones and lime. The fragrance is filled with ripe blackberries, dark red strawberries and summer dusty blueberries. The berries are prevalent again on the palate along with some Finnish sweet licorice and vanilla aromas. Medium bodied with firm structure.

Cannonau is the local Sardinian name for Grenache, where it has been grown for a thousand years. Colour: ruby red.
