Grown and vinified onsite in Gibbston, an elegant and integrated wine from a young age.

Lifted florals, thyme and bramble berry abound on the nose, with flavours of plum and cranberry underpinned by minerality and fine grained tannins. Drinking well now and will also reward careful cellaring.

Vineyard: Hand harvested, some plantings dating back to 1994, clones 115, 10/5, 777, 5

Treatment: 100% destemmed, 3-4 days cold soak, 12 months in 40% new French oak, vinified in onsite winery

Technical: Alcohol 14.0%, TA 4.5 g/L, pH 3.65, Dry
