Description

Wild-yeast fermentation, aged in 25% new 500L French puncheons. An attractive light ruby red. Elegant and perfumed, this opens with aromas of wild strawberries, redcurrants, blood orange and floral notes. Poised and silky in the mouth, this really is quite persistent and beautifully balanced. A very good effort from go to whoa. Will be even better two to three years from now. 96 points.
