Monjardin Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from 100 % Arbequina olives from our Estate in Monjardin in the North of Spain (Navarra). The Continental climate makes it very fresh. It is first press at low temperature,qualified as Extra Virgin with acidity levels less than 0.1 %. TASTING NOTES It is golden color with green notes. Very intense aromas of fresh vegetables like artichokes and green olives. On the palate, it starts with an intense arbequina flavour followed by a spicy touch that becomes very smooth. It is perfectly balanced.

The Don Antonio extra virgin olive oil has a fruity texture, with herbal sensations, tomato and artichoke. The taste is mildly bitter and hot, slightly spicy. Perfect with hot, crunchy, toasted crouton bread. CULTIVAR: 50% Biancolilla and 50% Nocellara del Belice olives. Sicily. ALTITUDE OF THE ORCHARDS 350/400 meters (1,150-1,300 feet) above sea level HARVEST PERIOD the month of October. Completely hand harvested.
