The area of Monjardín is at the extreme limit zone in the cultivation of vines due to its cold climate and high altitude. the result is white wines of high quality, with extraordinary acidity, essential for the production of quality sparkling wines. Our Brut Nature wines are fresh, citrus aromas with floral notes, balanced on the palate with fine bubbles and good intensity. Azqueta Vineyard: It is a vineyard that is located in the Monjardín Valley, planted in 1995 at an altitude of 650 mt. Harvested at the beginning of September when its maturity for sparkling wines is optimal. Elaboration and aging: Traditional Champanoise method making the second fermentation in bottle and its subsequent aging in bottle for 24 months.
