A rosé assemblage of 63/29/8% chardonnay/pinot noir/pinot meunier. Aromas of redcurrant and strawberry with hints of rose petal, baklava, crushed shells, fresh brioche, redcurrant paste, grilled hazelnuts and maritime nuance. Some lovely richness and a swell of autolysis tones on the palate with honey-drizzled shortbread. Mouth-filling, red-fruited and stony on the finish.
