The grapes are harvested manually, macerate for 36 hours in terracotta amphorae and are vinified in 225 liter fûts de chênes; 20 months on the yeasts for secondary fermentation, and disgorgement six months before being put on the market

 A riot of red flowers and small berries with mineral notes and memories of freshly baked bread.
