100% Chennin Blanc Single Vineyard

Nose: Notes of citrus peel, ginger, exotic spices, white pulp fruit and mineral frames
Palate: Vibrant, tense, pulpy and fresh, with mineral textures

From vines planted in 1972 at about 220 meters above sea level on granite soils facing north.

Winemaking: Grapes are harvested by hand and whole bunch pressed. Fermented in 2000L stainless steel vats and 3500L Foudres using indigenous yeasts and ambient temperatures. The wine goes through malolactic fermentation before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with a very small amount of sulphur added before bottling
