We will decant and pour the wines (125ml each), seal under argon gas and have available for your collection from noon on Thursday 2 June. You can elect to have delivery that day for $15 if you wish. The argon will assure premium drinking quality for up to three weeks, so if you are unfairly distracted by travel or less important tasks, you are free to taste at your leisure along with the taped recording of the tasting which will be sent to all participants afterwards.
