In the Winery we make another selection of clusters, we deposit them in a wooden vat once they have been crushed and 48 hours later we remove the unpressed flower must to ferment and age together with its fine lees.

CVNE Monopole Blanco Seco 2022  is unveiled as a youthful and vivacious white. Upon uncorking, one is greeted with a bouquet of intense aromas reminiscent of spring blossoms and a basket brimming with fresh fruit, with green apples and citrus fruits standing prominently. On the palate, it is light and invigorating, with a smooth onset that transitions into a lively acidity that enlivens each sip. TASTING NOTE: Displays exuberant floral perfumes and primary aromas, typical of the Verdejo variety, reminiscent of bananas and some exotic fruits.
