Intense and elegant, this Champagne Brut "Cuvée Prestige" by Francis Orban, is obtained from a cuvée assembled with 50% de vin de resérve of previous years. The pinot meunier (60%) gives weight and softness to the Champagne, to which chardonnay (40%) has been added to give elegance and grace. The result is an intense and elegant product, which plays on soft and fine lines, like a ballet dancer, that moves ethereal and graceful, while keeping intact the muscular power of the body. A game of subtle balances, which in the mouth, especially more than the nose, are expressed with body and gustatory grace. This Champagne spends 36 months on lees, with 9 g / l of sugar as a dosage.
