Marrying an elegantly floral bouquet to the sultry flavours of cherries, dark chocolateck  and a magnanimous seasoning of sweet spice, the Delaire Graff Cape Vintage is robust yet beautifully weighted.  The conventional definition of masculine and feminine is blurred as a backbone of sturdy, but unobtrusive tannins offer a brawny characteristic to a wine otherwise tempered by restraint. Matured in 20-year Congac old barrels.
