THE WINE:

60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Shiraz

Much like the second wines of Bordeaux châteaux, this is

ours. Specific vineyard blocks are earmarked for the blend,

while other parcels selected during our rigorous grading

process also contribute. First produced in 1990, it’s now our

best-seller, proudly celebrating 32 vintages.

TASTING NOTE:

Deep ruby with a purple tint, this wine offers rich aromas of

blackberry, plum, and a hint of fynbos. The palate is juicy and

full, with ripe plum, warm spice, and silky tannins. A

dependable go-to that consistently delivers.
