On the third step of the ladder in the Mitolo shiraz hierarchy, sharing the depth of colour of all its siblings. The bouquet is strikingly different, with spicy, savoury, woody aromas leaping out of the glass. The full-bodied palate borrows heavily from the bouquet with its complex web of dark fruits and earthy notes. 95 points.
