Castillo de Monjardin Cabernet Reserva Superior 2019

Cabernet Sauvignon 85%, Tempranillo 15% from 35 year old vines. Aging is done in oak barriques for around 30 months, giving a fine structure and complex aromas. Later, the wine is aged in bottle for 5 years giving a unique bouquet. Needs time to open in the glass, complex aromas of liquorice, leather and spices, high intensity. On the palate it is well balanced, powerful and delicate, extraordinary quality and fresh afterpalate.
