Vineyard&Soil Tempranillo vineyard from the Monjardin Valley area. Fine loamy or silty soil textures on alternating tertiary continental marls and sandstones. Altitude - 650 meters Age - more than 40 years Extension - 1,5 Ha / yield of 5.000 kg per Ha Pre-fermentative cold maceration. Fermentation in steel tanks. Aging in second-use 50/50 French and American barrels during 2 years. Refinement in the bottle for 2 years.

Composition Alcohol: 14 % / Acidity: 4,4 g/l .

Tasting notes: Ruby color, it has intense aromas of spices and it is very balsamic. On the palate shows very fine tanins, well balanced and very elegant.
