Our Riesling grapes thrive in the Arena Block of the Viper Vineyard, located in the Parkburn region of Central Otago.

This specific block is strategically planted on an exceptionally steep slope that faces north to northwest. This unique positioning grants an extended ripening period, allowing us to harvest grapes with reduced acidity and fully ripened flavours.

The resulting Riesling is a fuller-bodied expression with substantial fruit weight and texture, all while maintaining its primary focus on fruit purity and structural backbone.

WINEMAKERS COMMENTS

Attractive floral notes of white blossom and Geranium dominate the bouquet before citrus and white pepper aromas lift out of the glass. Medium weight and open, displaying good detail and flow with orange peel and wet stone notes on a dry and lingering finish.
