Grenache/mataro/shiraz blend, aged in seasoned puncheons. Realising its aspiration of a 'soft, slurpy' southern Rhône style, this is a juicy, fruity and engaging GMS. Glossy red fruits of old bush-vine grenache are seamlessly melded with the savoury spice of whole-bunch mataro and the black licorice and satsuma plum of shiraz. Fine, supple tannins lend just the right amount of grip to steady the finish.
