This benchmark Tasmanian sparkling wine continues to be crafted from 100% pinot noir grapes. The 20% reserve consists of 8% 2021, 8% 2020, 3% 2019 and 1% 2018.

All reserve wine is aged in old hogshead (300l) barrels.

T A S T I N G N O T E S

Mature Sparkling Rosé character; a pale salmon colour and a fresh strawberry and musk aroma, complexed by hints of lanolin and toast. But there is an added layer of complexity from the bottle-aged reserve in this delicious 2023 blend.
