Albert Morot Beaune 1er Cru Les Cent Vignes 2023

The vineyards, covering 1.27 hectares, are located at the foot of the slope. They benefit from soil composed primarily of clay and silt.

Remains, such as pottery fragments, have been found in this area, revealing the site of a farm dating back to the Gallo-Roman period. Long left uncultivated, the land was replanted and named "Cent-Vignes" (One Hundred Vines), as a plot of land with vines could not be called anything else.

The red wines are distinguished by their intense color and the finesse of their aromas, while remaining complex on the palate and possessing a pleasant sweetness. They pair perfectly with red or white meats, as well as cheeses such as Cîteaux or Brillat-Savarin.
