Powerful and complex. The Montee de Tonnerre is often quoted as the best Premier Cru in Chablis. Situated next to the Grand Crus its superior exposition gives the wine consistency each and every year.

Since 1998, Cyril Testut has presided over the family estate, established by his father Philippe Testut in 1967. Domaine Testut vines are on average over 40 to 50 years in age. 80% of Testut AOC Chablis are produced on the Right Bank of the Serein, between the Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre and the Grand Cru Blanchots. The wine is vinified in tank.

The mineral world, where fruits and flowers bring sensation and light. Great mineral rigor, but not austere, for it is rich and full-bodied. The perfect balance between power, freshness, minerality, and maturity. A truly classy wine!
