Moss Wood Botrytis Semillon 2024 (375ml) (RJ 94)

SG$54.00
SG$54.00

"This is a slightly fuller style than previously. Perhaps a product of the warmer vintage or an indication of a somewhat new direction for the variety. Regardless, it retains the essential linear mouthfeel and intensity of lemon zest and citrus. A crisp zingy acid sustains the long finish—an immediately appealing wine still with cellaring potential." RJ 94 September, 2024   #Vanya

Moss Wood Chardonnay 2024 (Ray Jordan 97)

"One of Margaret River’s benchmark chardonnays, and this release from a warm vintage is exceptional. It’s fine and delicately poised, yet with regional DNA driving it through to a powerful, sustained finish. Aromas of lemon meringue, brioche and light florals lead into a palate of chalky, savoury elements alongside vanillin and lemony notes. Fine, precise acidity lifts the flavours through to the long finish. An outstanding wine.” – 97 Points Ray Jordan

This latest release continues a lineage of superb cabernet sauvignon that began in 1973. This is a wine that can undoubtedly be classed as an Australian ‘First Growth’ and deserves its place as one of Australia’s supreme exponents of the variety. Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Cabernet 2021 (WA 95)

SG$92.00
SG$92.00

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon leads with raspberry and red gravel, cassis, cocoa and tobacco, with layers of red apple and licorice, all of it shaped by warm-biscuit oak. The palate has gentle clarity: the length of flavor is very long, but the intensity of this vintage has been turned down. It was an interesting year in the vineyards, with constant rain or drizzle, coupled with moderate temperatures throughout the growing season. It caused some viticultural pressures, which in turn impacted picking decisions; in the end, it was a season defined by extreme vigilance and nimble decision-making. This iteration is an elegant, fine expression,...

Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Chardonnay 2023 (WA 95+)

Erin Larkin (The Wine Advocate) (95+ pts):  Describes it as a "magnificent wine" with incredible tension and a mix of richness and tropicality (pineapple, guava, peach) combined with creamy, nut-like notes. From the famed Ribbon Vale vineyard. Tastings last year between the Estate and Ribbonvale Chard & Cabs showed a narrowing of the qualitative gap that made it clear that Ribbovale is a lable that stands on its own two feet with a boxing reach way in exces of its price point.

"The depth and flesh on this wine at such a young age makes it immediately accessible, but it will last quite some distance too. Today it’s refreshing with upfront fruit, all lemon and white nectarines, lemongrass, some orange peel and grapefruit pith. Powerful yet equally compelling."
