Delicate and measured aromas of flowers, sweet herbs, wild strawberry and boysenberry. The palate is elegant and restrained with quieter tones but there is structure buried underneath which builds across the sustained finish. This has a lovely flow and persistent fruit which is going to need time to reveal its complexity. Very long indeed with hidden power, this will be stunning in time 20 Nov 2025. This wine marks Alan Brady’s return to Bannockburn, this time with organically grown fruit from the high-altitude Doctor’s Flat vineyard.

This site brings freshness and lift to a wine that’s dark-fruited, spice-driven and full of character. The nose opens with a touch of reduction before giving way to cassis, plum, eucalyptus, dried herbs and earthy leather, classic Bannockburn traits, delivered with nuance.

The palate is bold and structured. Juicy black cherry and dark plum dominate, wrapped in firm, mouthcoating tannins and a warming spice thread. It's robust, layered and built to age, an energetic and expressive take on a subregion with real depth.
