Mulline Geelong Sutherland's Creek Riesling 2025 [JH 96]

Fermented in a 10-degree room over three weeks before being transferred to a one-degree room, where the ferment was left to stop naturally. 17g/L of RS. A bright green gold. Unlike the '24 early on, this leaps out of the glass with its aromas of stone fruit, makrut lime, gardenia and spice. Almost comes across as dry, such is the balance of the fruit, RS and acidity. Finishes chalky and long. Excellent. 96 points.
