Pressing Matters Riesling R9 2023 [JH 95]

R9 = 9g/L of RS, so this is a (very delicious) wine that walks the line between dry and off-dry. Light straw with a flash of green and aromas of freshly squeezed lime, lemon and green apple sorbet along with citrus blossom, stone and clover. Wonderful focus and tension, just a suggestion of phenolic texture and that wicked Tasmanian mineral line that gets the saliva going. So good. 95 points.
