100% sauvignon blanc planted in 1988. One day on skins and barrel fermented and matured in 30% new Austrian hogsheads. A bright and deep-ish green gold. A complex amalgam of ripe stone fruits, greengage, mountain herbs and a little flint, even. Textured and balanced, finishing pithy and long. Excellent.  96 points.
