100% Chardonnay. Bianco Bianco is a naturally semi-sparkling wine made for Rocca delle Macìe in the province of Trento, within one of the most suitable areas for the cultivation of grapes intended for the production of spumante. Once harvested, the Chardonnay (100%) grapes are fermented without the skins, and then the base wine undergoes natural second fermentation. Bianco Bianco is fresh and fragrant, with overtones of just-ripe fruit. It has a fine, persistent bead that makes it suitable both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fried vegetable or fish platters.

GOLD MEDAL – 2020 Wine Show of Western Australia. James Halliday 93 points. Curranty, boysenberried, smooth-skinned wine with decent shape and length. Tight and closed on first opening and so decanting is definitely advised. Medium in weight but finished with a good strike of dry tannin. It still manages to feel balanced, if only just. Time in a cool, dark space won't do it any harm. Campbell Mattinson Published 01 August 2020. COLOUR Deep crimson with a purple hue. NOSE Displaying a perfumed nose of dark berries and savoury characters. PALATE The palate is full of juicy berries and earthy notes that are well supported by fine...

Sparkling Shiraz forms an integral part of the iconic Barossa tradition in viniculture. A celebration of the regions oldest and best loved grape variety, with bubbles to match. Unashamedly festive, sparkling Shiraz is the perfect addition to a holiday lunch or Sunday brunch. Beneath a rich shade of crimson lies at its heart a deep, complex stucture. Full of dried cranberry, cacao, blueberry and cherry. This wine is bold yet dazzling with a mosaic of flavours and a finish to match.   There is something undeniably awesome about sparkling shiraz. It's a uniquely Australian thang. I love that for starters. But just look at that glass!...

Cellar Door Price 80aud. Blewitt Springs sourcing, 12 days on skins, 8 months in French oak. Some of the more delicate varieties and blends suffer from the indomitable oak handling here. But this – dense, burly, rich and brimming with darker fruit tones, licorice strap, smoked meats, clove and alternate spices flowing from attack to finish – relishes it. A unashamedly big wine, of poise, power and precision. Drink to: 2028; Price: $80.00; Rating: 94 Points; Ned Goodwin MW; James Halliday Wine Companion.   Another 2018 McLaren Vale Shiraz from the Ulithorne team – well, why wouldn’t you if you can!...

All new oak barrels used (70% French/ 30% American). Quite extraordinary for a wine of such modest pricing. Decanter World Wine Awards 2023, Gold Medal and 95 points. "Leafy, black fruit, earth and leather aromas. The palate is juicy with rounded, ripe tannins and some firmness of oak at this stage. Has the potential to evolve gracefully. Long, elegat finish." Ageing: The wine has remained in French and American oak barrels for 12 months during which the traditional barrel-to-barrel transfer has proceeded every 6 months. Stelvin Closure. Wine Companion 97 points. "The 64th vintage. A wine of provenance. A wine of excellence. It ages superbly, yet is flattering when young. Perfect fruit at its core, with gentle flavours of cassis, blackberries and blueberries. It has depth, length and line, thanks to the fine, detailed tannins. Classy cabernet. This is up there as one of the finest to date. Bravo." 97 points.
