We gently remove the alcohol from premium Australian wine and blend it with health-giving botanicals to create a complex, delicious non-alc. Shiraz experience. The Shiraz tasting experience is nuanced and layered. Delicious flavours build in complexity as you sip. We combine the ritual and theatre of wine with the discovery of new natural ingredients.
Serve in a red wine glass. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.

This premium de-alcoholised wine product contains less than 0.02% ABV, a level similar to natural fruit juices.
ABOUT PEPPERBERRY:
A rich source of antioxidants, and also contains vitamin E, folate, zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron and lutein. Due to its' polygodial content, it has been used for it's anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
It's the hero of our Pepperberry Shiraz and brings an initial burst of blackcurrant fruit, and is responsible for the spicy, peppery notes on the back palate.
