A multi-vintage blend of 67/27/4/2% chardonnay/pinot noir/pinot meunier/pinot gris. Pale in the glass with an energetic bead and mousse. Aromas of green apple and citrus fruits with hints of crushed stone, sea spray, almond croissant, white flowers and enoki mushroom. There's some really attractive shortbread tones leading in on the palate, with tautly stretched apple, redcurrant and grapefruit notes and a super high-tensile saline acidity driving the wine along. 94 points.
