The region is defined by easterly and southerly winds, ensuring vines work hard in order to thrive. This is clearly a spot for powerful and refined riesling. Pink Lady apples, grapefruit oil and lily-of-the-valley florals. An off-dry style with neat stitching of sweetness coupled with driving acidity and hints of a saline edge, too. Young almond and coconut gel round out the curves to the striking energy of the wine. A wine worth your time.’
