The nose of the 2023 Dido was like Garnacha cotton candy, tender and attractive, perfumed and juicy. The wine has 14% alcohol and the exuberance from the vintage but with a seamless palate with very fine tannins, always with the soil austerity and the rocky sensation. It's young and raw, with a touch of rusticity but without heat. LG May 2025.
