Blank Canvas Reed Vineyard Chardonnay 2023

SG$49.00

Blank Canvas Reed Vineyard Chardonnay 2022 was named ‘White Wine of the Year’ for 2023 by UK based Masters of Wine Peter Richards MW and Susie Barrie MW.  Winemaker's Notes:  The Reed Vineyard Chardonnay is an incredibly textured, savoury wine. It summons a tightly-coiled white peach, grapefruit and toasted hazelnut aroma profile, which is complemented by complex flint and silex nuances. Its vividly sketched acidity allows it to carry the powerful but savoury oak in a defined yet impressive manner. This is a wine for drinking now for its crystalline purity, or cellaring and reaping the benefits of tertiary...

Chard Farm Closeburn Chardonnay 2022

SG$40.00
SG$40.00

winemaker’s comments: Closeburn is our un-oaked Chardonnay. The fruit is grown throughout the Central Otago region and exhibits the regions natural elegant fruit flavours and mineral complexity. The wine is fermented in tank to retain its bright fruit. It is then left to rest on its yeast lees to gain some doughy complexity and softness. This is a refreshing full-bodied wine, unencumbered by oak and superb with food. Juicy nectarine and pear fruits, with apple blossom floral tones giving a nice lift to the attractive bouquet. The palate displays wonderful purity of tree fruit flavour. There is a nice flow to the structure and length,...

Chard Farm Judge & Jury Chardonnay 2022

SG$49.00
SG$49.00

Judge & Jury Chardonnay is a top pick among our offerings, grown on The Tiger, Viper and Masons Vineyard in the Cromwell Basin.  The Viper Vineyard imparts subtle lemon notes and a satisfying weight to the blend, while the Mason Vineyard contributes rich fruitiness, a textured profile, and depth that beautifully rounds out the palate. With low crop yields, a brief period of skin contact prior to pressing, and fermentation in Acacia tree barrels rather than traditional oak, this wine emerges as a truly exceptional creation. It embodies purity, a refreshing quality, and a mineral-driven essence that showcases the cool climate fruit,...

SG$56.00

Located in Marlborough, New Zealand's premium wine growing region, Dog Point Vineyards produce wines that respect the natural integrity of the land from which they are made and, reflect the experience and passion of the people that make them. Intense sort of Chardonnay here, kind of like sticking your head out of a car window while driving at 110 km/h, which I’m sure is also the sort of thing that a dog would love too. Plenty of struck match, pink grapefruit, oatmeal and bran, BBQ chicken, guava and spice. And more, but that’ll do for now. Tight and tangy, but also bold and packed with flavour, biscuit oak, a mix of ripe lime...

"Sophisticated, complex, youthful and mysterious bouquet with scents of baked orchard fruits and citrus, barrel spices and core limestone saline and clay mineral complexity. A silky texture touches the palate first then contrasting acidity squeezes in a tautness and youthful vibrato. As the wine open up in glass the flavours and textures evolve through more citrus and quince then barrel spices and a fine lees complexity, all without losing the essence of place and time through mineral layers."  Cameron Douglas MS. 97 Points - Cameron Douglas MS 5 Stars - Michael Cooper 95 Points - Bob Campbell MW 17 Points - Jancis Robinson...
