The 2021 Mondot is charming and expressive, bursting with aromas of blackberries, plums, orange zest and spices. Medium to full-bodied, ample and velvety, it's seamless and suave, with succulent acids and a mouthwateringly saline finish. This is the last rendition of Mondot produced exclusively from Merlot growing on Saint-Émilion's limestone plateau.

2021 Vintage Tasted: May 2022

Licorice, cocoa, and black cherries and a touch of chocolate on the backend. Forward, soft, polished, round and loaded with crunchy, sweet fruits, the wine already delivers pleasure. The wine is produced from 100% Merlot which comes from a specific parcel selection. Drink from 2023-2032. 89-91.
