Winery Note: TASTING NOTES The colour is garnet-red with ruby thighlights that take on a slightly orange tone over time. It has a clear-cut, intense nose with sweet sensations of spices and hints of dried rose and sous bois. The taste is soft, full, velvety, harmonic and vibrant. PAIRINGS The Barolo par excellence goes well with important dishes, such as traditional Piedmontese meat main courses and medium-long-aged cheeses.
