"This is a best of vintage pick of the fruit. There is so much going on in here. On the nose you are immediately assailed with a blackberry black cherry and dark plum combination. But then the palate. Yes, it’s intense and concentrated but there is almost an effortless big easy about it. Fine chalky tannin and a little sweet fruit, white pepper and a sprinkle of spices adds to further to the sensation. It’s still so tightly held and extended cellaring would pay off handsomely. Ray Jordan Wine Pilot Score: 98/100."

The dense purple red colour highlights the aroma of dark cherry, blackberry and cedar oak.
The palate is full of intense dark fruits, with supporting mocha oak, sweet spices and hints of black pepper. The velvety tannins support the fruit and focus the length of flavours to produce a seamless wine with the potential to age for 10 or more years
