Pehu Simonet Blanc de Noirs "Fin Lieux No 1" Grand Cru Brut 2015

This cuvée Fins Lieux n°1 from the Maison Pehu-Simonet is the quintessence of the Pinots Noirs harvested in 2015 under the name "Les Perthois", à Verzenay Grand Cru.

The 2015 year is in line with the continental trend of the decade with a warm and humid climate and a dry and dry climate. The maturation, thanks to a fine finish under the signature of the fraîcheur, gives naissance to the jute raisins, mûrs and concentrates, a spectacular vintage.

The vinification of this Blanc de Noirs is carried out partly in barriques which are based on the strength of Verzy and equally in demi muids of 600 litres, in order to sublimate the great characteristics of this wine.

Processed in small quantities, the 3500 bottles of wine passed ensuite more than 60 months in the cellars of the Maison and are dosed at 1.5 g/L after disgorging.

The nose is pronounced,  fruity and epic, typical of this variety.

On the palate, we find fruits of the forest and exotic notes that further add to the complexity of the wine.
